The original facility that I was given was not answering the phone because apparently there are some issues, and I was concerned and contacted the original entity and was helped by Kylie. She was very friendly, thoroughly professional, and very supportive, checking phone numbers and addresses for me, but most importantly, she was able to give me an alternate if the original facility was unavailable."
